Eating shrimp and stuff was only bad for the people who were being talked to. This wasn't a command of all, it was a command to those people who lived in the Old Testament.

Because we can tell. Sometimes the Bible is just reviewing the events, and sometimes it's clear that the message is meant to be for the readers too. When God burns down two city's for Sodemy, it's clear that the message that sodemy is bad is for us. But when he tells Moses to stay in the desert for 40 years, it's clear that it's not meant for us.

You can "change" your body, you can try to pretend your a different gender, the Bible did not say that was bad. But the truth is you cannot change gender magically with surgery, that's biologically impossible. Every cell in your body states weither you are male or female since birth. So marrying someone that is your real gender is Sodemy, and therefore sin. Maybe it isn't sin by itself, but how people use it is.

That's not how gender works anymore actually. We define gender as the social construct as it relates to biology. In that definition, the bible actually supports trans people because they have allowed women to take traditionally masculine roles in temples as prophetesses and enuchs.

As for being gay, the bible only explicitly forbids Male gay relationships which is more likely related to the fact that is is a sin for Jewish men to "waste their seed". So men weren't permitted anal even in heterosexual contexts. The bible never forbids gay men doing other sexual acts that do not have to do with ejaculation.

I don't care how woke people define gender, gender is not a social concept, it is a biological difference between 2 sides of humanity. Male and female is not social, it is purely biological (which may affect social actions). Every cell in one's body determines weither any animal or human is ma,e or female, you are entirely made of the very evidence that proves your gender. That's the tough thing. It all comes down to linguistics. We're just using different definitions for sex vs. gender. Which, I don't want to burst your bubble (large scientific rant ahead), but the only thing you can't change naturally is your fertility as egg creator or sperm creator. There is a condition where the Y chromosome activates during puberty instead of in the womb. There's also conditions where the Y chromosome doesn't activate at all and results in an otherwise biologically female person who can procreate.

WHAT THIS MEANS IN REGARDS FOR THE DEFINITION OF TRANSGENDER:
The definition of transgender is a person who identifies as a gender that does not correlate to the biological sex assigned to them at birth in regards to the legal system. This means that some trans ppl would be considered cisgender by your definition of trans. (a person pretending to be a different biological sex)

Given the assumption that God specifically wanted intersex people on this earth, we can assume he wants biological sex to be defined one of two ways. option one is he defines biological males as men able to produce viable sperm and females as women able to produce viable eggs.
