scatter tech does such little damage that by the time the move regens so does their health

No it’s that tech that’s kinda ping based. Where you side dash behind them as they are rolling back from the scatter’s final hit, and then you hit a free combo afterwards as they’re stunned from that single m1

not the best ult but alest its at about top 4 best (garou ult is not bad to me)
