First, you can't tax the rich. They make the laws. Second, if you did raise taxes on the rich, it wouldn't make a difference. The government would increase spending. I don't believe in trickle-down economics, and I'm not against taxing the rich, but this is just BS. It won't fix anything. It's just Democrat talking points telling people what they want to hear. They wouldn't do it if they could.
