I had a feeling you may be jewish XD "chov" sounded like hebrew no doubt. Kosher name btw. Good to see other non goy here. Also, always fun to use a bit of hebrew and yiddish and nobody except u me and few others understanding XD le Chyam to that! Mazel tov on jews united! Am Yisrael! XD I'll admit, being born Jewish comes with perks (like billions of jokes to make) even though I don't beleive in Hashem anymore. I consider that maybe hashem is real, but i have too many doubts. But you said you were adopted soooo... your parents jewish? just you? or.... Its funny cause I talked with my girlfriend about kids the other night and shed rather not go through pregnancy and we agreed that if we end up together, we will adopt because there are too many orphans who need parents and it doesnt matter whether they have the same dna or not. I'm all about adoption. :)

It's weird, but I've always felt the same way about adoption! You go, bro, that's cool! Also, I have no doubt The Lord is real! I'm not even sure how much actual Jewishness is in our family, it's definitely not %100, but I am a Christian Gal 3:29 "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." I think that's awesome and utterly amazing, that someone like me, who would otherwise be an outcast just by birth, could actually be loved and accepted by The Lord like one of His own family. So, did you have a good Hanukkah? XD (My brother won our annual dreidel competition :P haha, oh well, maybe next year...)

Nice. Hannukah was ok. My girlfriend is a christisn-tirned-atheist so therefore, i wanted irony and bought her a dreidal and gelt XD. It was a stressful time because it was also the wk before finals so i didnt do much. The first night i played some hannukah metal music and i made sure to buy donuts and although i didnt get latkes, i got potato wedges XD
