The only "money from the government" Planned Parenthood gets are Medicaid reimbursements for provided medical care, and they're the single most audited organization in the world because of the insane requirements placed on them for the use of that money, which again they've earned through providing medical services.

Can you imagine if any other American company were forced to keep two sets of books because of irrational restrictions placed by puritanical lawmakers?

1. Then, decline the money. If the “forced to _____” is too burdensome, opt out.
2. Half a BILLION Dollars ain’t chump change. And if it’s not used directly for abortions, then that 37% of their revenue offsets other expenses, which frees up that money, to be used to end the lives of baby humans.
3. There are scores of other medical services providers —for mammograms, health screenings, reproductive services, etc— who are Not the Largest Abortion Mills in America.

1) Declining the money would mean declining to perform Medicaid approved healthcare services, and there's already a huge deficit of providers willing to provide those.

2) Again, they're legally required to maintain two separate sets of books and ensure funding doesn't cross over due to decades worth of targeted regulations attempting to put them out of business. They literally can't "free up money" for cross-purpose uses, or they'd be shut down as soon as they were audited the next time.

3) Scores perhaps, but in more than 20% of the communities with a Planned Parenthood clinic, they're the only game in town. What you're advocating here is stripping healthcare for more than 2.4 million patients with nothing in place to absorb that capacity.
