I ain’t takin sides because I have no idea what’s going on but I will say this: drama over an AU is f**king stupid like let the dude do what they want it’s their character and they can retcon or do whatever to it do you know how many times I’ve changed something slightly with my characters because it hadn’t been established yet? I make things different because I want them to be and even if things have been established I usually wait till I haven’t mentioned it for a while and everyone forgets about it then I change it so it’s not that big of a deal if he’s retconing some info
