I'd rather have a big house in the middle of the woods, unbothered by society.

You get a great view of the waves and all the ships that come and go. And if there's a thunderstorm, you get a full 360-degree panoramic view of that.

I'd rather be as far away from the ocean as possible but you go ahead and enjoy that view.
