Ari I could why you would be bitter, like if you were living under a bridge penniless and hungry, and lost a hard-earned fortune from underhanded business dealings. But I don't think that's the story of your life.
That's good, you can help other people by owning a successful business and paying your employees decent wages and benefits. You could feel good about yourself about owning something and helping other people live better lives.

I don't hire wage slaves. It's against my ethics. I only have people work with me, not for me. I'm a good comrade
You could have a business, where everyone is part owner. The grocery chain Publix is one of those companies. People deserve to be paid for their work. It doesn't make them 'wage slaves' if they have job skills and them take them somewhere else if they don't like the conditions that they are working in.

I want to be part of a communal business like an anarcho-syndicalist
And if you can't do that, you can educate yourself, get a well-paying job, and help people in Third World countries by donating your time and money to a cause of your choosing.
