Purple Disney Villians

What's the deal with having a "favorite villain"? Villains aren't intended to be liked or favorited, they're intended to be disliked.

I think that's a funny thing with pop culture villains; sure, they're pure evil and you, the viewer, hate them as much as the heroes do, but would you rather the villain not be so evil? Ursula is a monster, but would you rather she appeared onscreen LESS? I dunno, that's just my two cents.
