#1 in an RP, AM pretty much directly said that data freed SAP from the USB he was put in, where he was basically in hibernation. Idk exactly how long ago he was put in the USB though

#2 I'm not quite sure if this is canon but data reactivated Soul and adopted her after finding her in a cave. The second part's already been confirmed but Shuri hasn't directly said who canonically found her as far as I know
