Everything you eat tastes and smells like burnt rubber

The only thing they can eat is themselves, and every time they eat too much of one part of their body it would grow back with deformities and could get them sick.
They also don't have legs so they have to eat their arms and eventually they wouldn't be able to use their arms for anything, even food so they would slowly starve to death one day.
