Communism isnt possible yet has a cult-like following of people becauae they don't think very deeply about it.

Got that. But help me understand in context of this meme.

The meme itself is poking fun at supporters of communism by suggesting they support it without thinking about "how will it work" or "with what money with what money will you use to fund (x) project?", insinuating that communists haven't thought very carefully about the system they claim to want.
