Brilliant portrait. My word. That hairstyle looks so daunting to attempt, but you can see every lock and strand of it. I can only imagine it'd be so easy to make it look like one flat cap as opposed to the long, animated hair of the metal guitarist from a later drawing, but even the polar-opposite style depicted here is so well-done and realistic while still maintaining this boy's clean-cut appearance. The balance between pulling that off whilst not making it unrealistically coiffed and perfect must be beastly difficult, but, again, either this young lady has had perfect, lifelong training or just somehow has artistic discipline to rival even more experienced artists. Man.
