its a strange strategy. If you are going to invade countries you are meant to install a a new government, design a new flag that is ATTACHED to the American flag an dre educate the populace it take s20-30 years. You arent meant to go in, trash the place like vandals...then leave so you ENEMY's can rebuild...thats crazy town.
