Actually it said "insulting user" but since the meme was about me, I was the user.
And when I posted that link, the OP of that meme about me (he actually made at least three copies), replied to me "hahaha" and nothing was done to his comment! It stayed while I got a timer for memes that he made about me.

It gets better. That OP believed that I was actually an alt of one of the Community Mods, so he mentioned that in the meme. He had been pestering me for over a year, and I didn't know why, but it turned out it was for that reason.

So he made that meme mocking me because he thought I was a mod's alt, and HQ penalized ME for it. Instead of telling him that I wasn't one of them and that he can go buzz off, they gave me a timer. A timer because he thought I was one of them.

Also, if you would have taken the time to read the meme in question and my comments regarding it, you would plainly see, that I was defending YOU and Imgflips terms of service.

The only reasonable explanation for you not to have taken action against and are defending this moderator is because you have a friendship with this individual.
