Planned Parenthood is the most audited organization in the history of the planet and has to keep two completely separate sets of books - one accounting for abortion care, and another detailing all other healthcare services - to ensure money paid to them -for Medicaid services rendered- isn't being used to provide or subsidize abortion procedures.
Cutting that $550M off will cost you trillions in tax dollars and increased healthcare costs as those patients end up in emergency rooms for care because in many places, PP are the only clinics providing Medicaid services.
