Yes. Femboy stands for Feminine boy. Femininity is a way of being. It is as much about behaviors as it is about outer aesthetics. It’s what is on the inside that counts. If you can’t have feminine clothing due to not being able to afford it or because of nonapproving family members, that sucks, but it doesn't change who you are.
