like, Boom.wav to Boom.mp3?

Or use Bdroid's Audio Media Converter (Tunr off the wifi for no ads,) I recommend this app as this is actually trustworthy and I use it for my music from .wav to .aac

Yeah it just makes it sound like he's coming closer which is kinda better for my alarm

Good for you. I strongly advise you to stick to mp3 for alarms/ringtones. .WAV is the best, yes, and .AAC is better than .MP3, but they may put an extra strain of your phone’s hardware, not to mention the RAM and battery.
