Hey, be nice! Yes, the owl in the drawing appears to be in a foul mood, but that doesn't make the picture bad. On the contrary, it is a splendid work of art. I can only imagine how long it took to perfect the texture of the tree bark. The grooves are straight enough to be uniform, yet imperfect enough to be realistic and capture the movement and different directions of the tree. The printed feathers of the owl are a showcase of her next-level talent. Again, making them look uniform enough to make sense yet different enough to add a sense of character and realism seems extremely difficult, and from what I have heard, this artist does things like this every day? I can't imagine, not in a bad way at all, but that this is just so easy and effortless for her that she sits there every day creating wonders. It is a wonder to me whether she even knows just how good she really is.
