Jews in Israel have a far lower birth rate than Palestinians do. In fact, Ashkenazis have a lower birth rate then even Sephardics, who they have treated as second class citizens of Israel since it's inception.

Israel already requires Palestinians to fill a lot of jobs to keep the economy going. This need is only going to increase over time, especially as Israeli citizens age.
