So can LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE. Nanite acid is just another tool. Nothing too exciting. Half of N's arsenal requires him to be close. Most of V1's arsenal is ranged.

I come back to this argument after five months armed with new knowledge. The base of my argument? If it bleeds, V1 can kill it. Except I don't think N bleeds. Assuming N can destroy V1 before he decides to pull out the coin, N wins. If V1 survives long enough to pull out the coin, V1 wins.
