Using births and abortions for 2023, I can't come up with that number.
Speaking of lopsided stats like that, please recall that we nearly shut down the entire economy of this country for a disease with a death rate of about 0.1034%, right? So a nearly 99.9% life rate for that disease didn't stop us from doing something. Not sure why you think your 99% should stop us from doing something.
But it's not 99%, right?
