I did not know why 3M got its name or that they paid Disney to release "DuckTales The Movie" on their VHS cassettes. Thanks for sharing this with everyone.
That stood for “Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing” since there are 3 “M”s in their company name. They paid The Walt Disney Company to release DuckTales The Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp (1990) on their Scotch Brand VHS tapes.
