First, I never really knew what a spammy watermark is ._. what is it?
2nd, No Politics is kinda already a rule since the stream says it's only for cursed images. But if someone wants to mix the two....it's fine by me as long as they don't do it too much. I won't make it a rule tho since it's already kind of established

It's a problem but I just don't see it as a big ENOUGH problem... sometimes watermark images are the most accurate ones to use even if the watermarks dampen the quality a bit
