You might have Turner syndrome. It’s a chromosomal disorder in which a female (an afab person) is born with only one X chromosome. It can cause delayed puberty or no puberty to happen.

I’m not a doctor though, so I can’t diagnose you with anything. This is just my best guess at what is happening if you haven’t taken any puberty blockers.

In that case, you could maybe have Isolated Gonadotropin Deficiency. It’s a disorder that causes low levels of gonadotropins, luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) which are hormones needed for male puberty. As a result, this disorder would also cause delayed or no puberty.
