Earlier this year China announced they put the lethal DNA part of Ebola virus into a relatively harmless rodent virus. It killed all the test hamsters in three days.
The crazy thing about this is that Ebola is a bio-level 4 virus, but the work was done in bio-level 2 lab to save money.

I mean, what could go wrong???!!!
