Mostly it’s single player. Some of them have co-op options like Alien Swarm. I’m not going to count games that have microtransactions like Destiny 2 because by definition that isn’t free.

But if it’s a subscription MMO with a substantial free mode, I could count that. RuneScape is on here, that’s a great game.

The games are free, that doesn’t mean they’re worth your time. Some of these games are literally 10 minutes long, and some of them are so boring that you’ll beg to pay money for a different game.

But some of them are awesome! That’s what this list is meant to filter out and discover. When I play more of them I’ll update the list and add marks to each one.
