I don't think they know what diversity means... It absolutely does not mean hiring mediocre people over more qualified people because of race and or gender...
Well in general they do not seem to be either the most intelligent nor well informed people in this nation. Maybe if they did not get the bulk of their 'news' from either CNN or MSNBC it would be different.
