I once told someone that Neko is a chaotic joker-like user. They make a bunch of silly random shitpost jokes, speaks their mind and doesn’t let others hold them back (telling Jeffrey to KMS, saying slurs to the site mods, etc.), and will sometimes cause trouble when they are bored (raids). But it is also very entertaining to watch as long as it's not aimed at you and that they are overall a really cool user.
