There must me some coordinated downvoting because I tend to get them a lot, but it varies.
I believe I mentioned to you about someone actually using alts to target me because I busted him on a faux suicide back in 2019. He sort of admitted to doing so earlier this year, and started to do it to anybody else I interacted with, as well as targeting two site mods active on IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS stream..... all at the same time.
Can you imagine how much time and effort somebody would be willing to waste in order to target more than one member simultaneously?
Back in 2020, he was targeting a former member, Timber1972, with 4 alts. I warned Timber, but he wouldn't listen, giving in to his own pride, so he took the bait, and ultimately got the boot. He had went at TImbs because he was an ultra conservative who I used to clash with a lot. So he try to exploit that, counting on me jumping in with him against the dude. Thing is, by that point I had stopped clashing with him because despite our differences, the man knew his cookies. He was beautiful, you would have liked him. He was THE primo Conservative on this site. Fella sounded like a professor. Smug as heck too, he was art.
Anyways, one time the 4 alts were having an extended discussion on one meme - with themselves. Thing is, they all sounded alike. One of my major regrets was not having screenshot it. I was going to, but it would have taken time to get it all (I like doing it neatly), and when I came back to do it, he deleted the meme, seeing that I had posted a link for someone else to look.
I have an 'associate' that is used strictly for creative purposes, a character with an alternative persona, with one single avatar used for every single comment. It should be utilize more, but there's just not enough additional time for even that one.
I noticed some of those names we discussed lately also flagging (plus DVing) many of my comments in the previous 2 years, and indicating that they did one way or another, like one repeatedly asking me once why I deleted a comment, but the question is, how would he know I deleted it and the reason why I didn't reply for 7 hours was because I had a timer deletion? He'd even brag about it sometimes, or go through his comment history literally for months back looking for stuff to flag. That ended when they stopped giving timers for comments older than a month. Literally searching back several months to flag!
