Except he wasn't. He never ACTUALLY achieved CSM rank, but he said "Whatever" & lapped up the gravy anyway.
That's an open admission of Stolen Valor . . . and stolen valor is actually illegal. Well not illegal for Dem Party politicians, obviously; but illegal for anyone else.
