If you can’t beat him, try not summoning him because he increases margits hp by a lot

Yeah, I've heard of the summoning buffs, but my uchigatana still doesn't have a smithing upgrade, so I'll have to do a lot of grinding to stand a chance solo.

Yeah, you should upgrade your uchigatana to +3, then it will be much easier

I accidentally upgraded my Lordsworns straightsword to +3 thinking it was better than an uchigatana and now I can't find any smithing stones. Rip.

There are a lot of smithing stones in limgrave tunnels, idk if you’ve already been there, but it’s a cave in the very top left of agheel lake.
