Lore for The Smile: The Smile is a anomalous predator that stalks and hunts down anyone with PTSD, Trauma, Low Sanity, and Depression. They have 3 stages. Stage 1 is where they will watch the victim from afar. When the victim notices the creature it vanishes. Nobody can see the entity and only the victim can see it. However it can be seen with photos and videos. Stage 2 is where the creature will get closer and will slash the walls with its sharp claws and would leave messages with blood. Stage 3 is where the true nightmare begins. When the victims sleeps, it goes up to them and opens their maw to reveal their tongue. The tongue has a leech like mouth at the end of it and then it attaches to the victims mouth. The Victim would then be paralyzed by a cocktail of chemicals. The Smile will then commence the worst part. The Smile will eviscerate them and mutilate them while they are still alive and they keep them alive with the chemicals. Its unknown why it does this but its speculated that it uses the victims pain and suffering as a form of entertainment. It will then consume the victims remains and leave. Crime Scenes show the victims barely recognizable from each attack with people saying it looks like a nasty bear attack. There is one way to combat and have The Smile leave you alone however. At Stage 1, its possible to stop it by taking pills or therapy. At Stage 3 it will be visible for all and physical as well so people with the victim can defend themselves via cutting, slashing, or gun fire. However those who attack The Smile also become a victim and will likely be killed too the same night. However it can be restarted back to Stage 2 if it has been warded off. Dead instances of this Entity are rarely found and these Instances decompose very fast in the span of a week. Its also speculated that these creatures have been around ever since the Dark Ages of the Earth. So far, we have contained 4 Specimens dubbed Instance A, Instance B, Instance C, and Instance D. The 4 instances are locked in a cell with cows and pigs and at sometimes prisoners as their food.
