Losing to p2w is unfair, but using a strategy isn't. You have to learn what strategies your enemy can use and how to counter them, that's just part of learning any game with pvp.

The thing about stuff like that is, if the enemy can do it, you almost always can too. Unless it's p2w, in which case it is unfair. However most games are built so that stunlocking your enemy isn't really feasible.
