Trakhsis stood next too Tamonakh as they welcomed their guest. The Necron nobility/Royal court of this world arrived with their retinue of bodyguards, assistant Crypteks, and Canoptek Construct properties. Upon each new arrival their full title was read out for all gathered too hear, Tamonakh’s alone took 10 hours. Relatively average compared against others. They passed time playing politics and admiring the war trophies the Phaerakh and Phaeron claim during the war in heaven.
The gathering soon became a party, with lords and ladies danced with one another; Cryteks on this day stood as equals with their masters and mistresses. The peak of the party came when Triarch Ankhthar the silent and his retinue of praetorians arrived to lead the awakening ritual of the dynasty’s rulers. True to his name, Ankhthar remained silent until meeting the worlds Overseer. Overlord Tamonakh the unblemished.
“The silent king sends his regards and blessings,” Akhthar spoke during his bow infront of Tamonakh.
Tamonakh returned the gesture. “Thank you for joining us for this grand ceremony. Soon the world will be claimed then the rest of the Dynasties tombs shall be awoken soon after.” Akhthar did not respond, but the rest of the court cheered at this claim.
“You speak victory yet the insects that inhabit this world hath cause your forces pain, how would the Phaerakh respond to this faliure? I expected far better from one like yourself.” Akhthar responded in a voice that not only seemed to lack emotion, but removed them from the room.
This was Tamonakh’s turn to be silent. Traksis Wished to speak up and help his overlord but knew he was too low in the hierarchy let alone move in the presence of this triarch. The rest of the nobility knew the reason behind this insult. The occupants of this world – resilient- received much off world assistance. On each necron victory (no matter how small) another ship appeared in orbit and joined the war. Yet this never crossed their minds, they all blamed Tamonakh for all their failures.
The court stood in silence flanked on all sides by wall filled with the phaerons personal warrior cohort property. Soon Tonomekh spoke up. “Akhthar, I have divined the future and know the humans supplies are running thin, besides for each warrior of ours that falls, they lose six more.” His lie was easily belived by the arrogant.
