You’re road tripping or you’re on the road trippin?

we broke, weed costs money

so here's how to not hate everyone while road tripping with family:
1. take frequent stops (every 2 hours), because being stuck in a car sucks
2. bring loads of food and cold drinks, and not just healthy food. also makes it more enjoyable
3. have an audiobook, radio show, or podcast running. You don't have to listen, but if you want to, it's fun
4. play games like the jellybean game (explained in reply), What the hell is that vanity license plate ™, and yellow car ( also explained in reply)
5. avoid doing more than 7 hours of car in one day. there's only so much someone can take
6. bring power banks and chargers, dead electrictronics suck
7. bring fidgets and gum if your family is autistic
8. if all else fails, stop at *anywhere*, take a 5 minute break, it usually helps

Jelly Bean Game:
3 versions.
bring some bags of jelly beans, mnms, Skittles, ect, and pull a bag out
Version 1
everyone now picks a category.
Examples!
*animals/food for really young kids
*countries/cities
*wars
*brands
*trees for nerds aka my mom
*historical moments
*ect.
Now, after everyone has a category, Start with "A". If they can name something from their category, they get 4-5 jellybeans/candy pieces. If they can't, just one. (we don't want people mad).
Go through all of the alphabet, or until your out of jellybeans/your candy.

Version 2.
similar to the last one, except now it's random trivia. Google trivia questions, and ask people questions based on their knowledge. (ex: ask the 7 year old who the first president was, and the 34 year old berd who the 21st president was)
Same amount of jellybeans/candy for right and wrong answers.

Version 3.
For kids 7-16 ish, do either math questions or capitals.
Capitals are a good way to learn geography, and especially for road trips. Math is good practice. Same amount of jellybeans/candy for right and wrong answers.

Yellow car:
Simple!
Every time you see a yellow car, say "YELLOW CAR!"
taxis DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, count. (funnier)
You can keep track if your family argues a lot, but it's funnier if you don't.
This game doesn't have to end.
any time your in a car, and you see a yellow car, say it.
have fun!!
