A crush doesn’t always require an emotional connection. I currently have a crush on someone I’ve barely talked to, simply because I like the way she looks. Sure, it might seem silly, because you don’t actually know them like at all, but the way they look is appealing to you, and you develop a crush on them

I just don't understand how people can get crushes on people they never met/aren't close with. It's the same with love at first sight and famous crushes. I don't get how people devolp feelings for people without knowing things about them, and trusting them a lot, but then again, I don't have the most valid opinion on this being demiromantic
