Wrong. It is very relevant because they literally are not Black. They are either Jamaican or they are African. Perception? No, just stop. A Jamaican or African would spit on you before they would ever accept being called Black, because that designation dilutes who and what they really are. One does not simply label people Black because they look it. Black is a Afro-American thing in the U. S. A needed title change because the word Negro became outdated and just didn't cut it. Outside the U.S. they don't go around referring to each other as Black. In fact. Harris' own father became offended that she tried to refer to Jamaicans as such.
