Because the corrupt DNC and colluding Mainstream Media is not trying to make HER president. Like the leftist controlled two-tier 'injustice' system, Dem Party ideology is also variable depending upon the desired end goals.

OF course the average Dem Party voter is either too innately stupid to catch on or so focused on their 'give me that' philosophy that they don't care.

Yes... one-time leader of the Seattle NACCP chapter (until they found out she was white) looks good on the resume for her... LOL

Conservatively speaking, Kamala she’s biracial. Half black, half Indian. She is a person “of color”.

She’s also inept and corrupt too. So skin color is all she legitimately has.

Biracial yes, but she is not Black.

Jamaicans and Africans do not identify as Black because to them Blacks are descendents of Slaves. Kamala only claims Black around ignorant Blacks who dont know better cause it serves her.

What Jamaicans and Africans do is irrelevant. Black in America is about skin color and perceptually she is black. Even though realistically we are all shades of brown.

Wrong. It is very relevant because they literally are not Black. They are either Jamaican or they are African. Perception? No, just stop. A Jamaican or African would spit on you before they would ever accept being called Black, because that designation dilutes who and what they really are. Just because you have dark skin and are in Anerica that doesn't mean you are Black, and that will never be the case. Are light skinned Mexicans White? No, no they are not.

One does not simply label people Black because they look it. Black is a Afro-American thing in the U. S. A needed title change because the word Negro became outdated and just didn't cut it. Outside the U.S. they don't go around referring to each other as Black. In fact. Harris' own father became offended that she tried to refer to Jamaicans as such. Also, let's not forget that Harris herself Code-Switches when the need arises. Not even she sees herself as Black as displayed in her willingness to easily imprison Blacks and keep them imprisoned past their prison terms.

Just speaking to common sense American vernacular. It’s how reality is. This “she’s not black” makes us look stupid no matter what technical loopholes you want to believe.

If you showed her picture to anyone, 99% would agree she was black. Right or wrong it’s a stupid argument when there are actual positions she holds that are more relevant.

Enough said.

There are no loopholes, there are only facts on the subject. Looking black and Code-Switching when necessary doesn't make someone Black. Just like being a guy who looks and dresses like a girl, doesn't make you a girl.

Only low IQ people who want to use the Black card to elevate a status that doesn't exist male those claims. Case in point, Zoe Saldana. After she turned up starring in a few major blockbusters (Star Trek 2009 and the like) Black people started trying to claim her as Black when she isn't. Vut they needed those points so they played that card on her.

That's the weakest, dumbest crap ever, and they need to be put in check on that.

Again, I'm just talking reality and perception. I'm the one talking facts. Loopholes like you're defending -- and yes they are technicality loopholes -- don't hold water.

We're both in agreement that she's using the race card to her advantage -- at least I think you're on the right side there.

But the undeniable fact is that it is her card to play. She is black -- person of color -- whatever buzzword we're using. African-American? Nope. Black to 99.99999% of Americans? Yep. She's black. Your false comparison to a man in drag isn't the same at all. Her skin color -- all that "black" refers to -- is genetic. Not a false tan. Facts.

As for your earlier point about hispanic, there ARE black hispanics and white hispanics. Hispanic is not a 'race' option on most surveys/questionnaires. There is a separate box for "Hispanic" origin. While that's not the most accurate way to assess, that IS what the common use and perception is. That was done BTW, so that Hispanics would not overtake blacks as the top minority.

Anyway... you've argued this enough. Use your powers for good instead of beating this very dead horse. Kamala using her blackness as an asset is the least concern anyone should have with her. Her policies are more dangerous than this superficial and irrelevant point for sure.

No you are not talking facts. You speak like someone who has never actually communicated with either of those two groups.

Also, using the term Person of Color is no different than say Negro or Colored People. People need to stop doing that madness. It doesn't make them sound hip or intellectual. It's just a c**t hair away from being confirmed as a racist term.
