Ngl I’m not sure how to explain r/Losercity to you as a whole, but I can explain where the joke comes from. One of the moderators (or a popular user) was a Loona simp, to the point where most of his posts in r/Losercity were simping for Loona. Said user was banned for a little bit but came back. Their entire joke IS simping for Loona, so much so that it became part of the sub and was a joke of that user.
