A gas car with 200,000 miles on it will still get 300 miles on a tank of gas. An EV with 200,000 miles on. It will soon need a new battery that cost more than what was paid for the used vehicle. Nobody wants to be the third owner of an EV. So how is the second owner going to sell it?
