Yeah, Eastern Europeans are strong traditionalists, and most of them are normal straight people. Westerners on the other hand, fall for the newest internet propaganda and make LGBT their whole lifestyle.

It still means that they're not comfortable with being themselves as they were born like that. Some people with rare diseases that give them disabilities tend to have stronger mentality than normal people who just straight give up.
Okay are we talking about the same thing? It sounds like youre describing the people who think they can change their gender and not be whatever theyre born as, im talking about people who are interested in the things that societal norms have more or less assigned to gender, being "masculine" or "feminine".

Certain group of people will care because generally there isn't anything that people will 100% agree on it.
Both of them have their brains being sucked out by Internet. And trying to find difference on it doesn't change situation because it is not acceptable in Society. And where it is, it's on the part that evilness took over. Where careless people give away right to those manipulating children now.
Careless as our own parents who gave away Internet access to us when we were young, now judging Gen Alpha with Skibidi Toilet and brainrotting things stereotypical for them because they're like us.
