Yes Israel let Gaza self governing. Palestinians voted in Hamas and for the last fifteen years there were no further elections. Hamas, a terrorist organization and government head of the Palestinian people attacked Israel creating the war at hand. Israel giving them self rule was a mistake. I don’t believe Gaza will be given back.
