The figure itself is the Warhammer 40k "Captain With Jump Pack" figure with Ultramarine colors, I just named him Demias Cassius since it worked well for the OC
No, he was pre-painted. My uncle has a few unpainted figures. I would LOVE an unpainted figure so I could make my fan-made Chapter (the War Blades) into a real thing
