to me it is a mixture of ranting and blatantly lying about my emotions

being able to help people with negative thoughts, comforting people when they vent or have anxiety,
i just don't know how to respond.

see it's the best feeling in the world but nobody wants help
i have good dreams of going out and distributing clothes, money and medicine to homeless people
but my mother doesn't want me to interact with homeless people
theyre not all drugged up murderers

i feel so helpless
