Let me make it painfully clear that Heckyl is not that patriotic, and he almost never wears street clothes. As for Dio... he's a robot. I haven't really worked out what a patriotic robot would look like.

When in any sort of scenario when he would be exposed to extreme cold, Heckyl wears this fur-lined jacket he found in a burned home during the Ishvalan War of Extermination. The rest of his outfit is the same though.

I've actually already worked out a female version of Heckyl. Her name is Rikki Heckyl. She's not an alchemist - she's just a normal soldier. She carries her gun and wears her uniform and is just as depressed as the original.

Better.

I'll probably do it to either Heckyl or Dio (Dio's a new OC, he's still a major WIP)
