It's one of the safest web fonts alongside Helvetica and Times New Roman among many others, and also one of the defaults since they're installed on practically every single device.

If the server doesn't have the font you'd like to see on it, it'll default to either Arial or Times New Roman. Or whatever's their default font. ☝️🤓
