It takes the right moment, but there are a lot of possibilities how to do it. You could do it like I did and just sit down with your parents and talk with them one topic at a time, but you can also do it while walking outside for a but or at the dinner table. But please generally only do it if you know your parents are open to those topics. It's kind of like taking a hot shower. When first turning it on, it starts off pretty cold, but the more you get into it, it starts warming up. It's always scary to do it, I'll admit. But if you feel like it's the right thing to do, go for it.
