what helped me was 1. practice and 2. the book "you will be able to draw manga by the end of this book". i can create anatomy based off what i have learned about the power of circles.
even if you dont like manga it is a good step in the path of realistic art, especially if you find more realistic artists like laura watton or kohei horokoshi, the respective authors of the aforementioned book and mha.
Ik i suck at drawing but you learn something new everyday and with practice you one day shall make it DECENT, but even tho it ain’t the best I just have fun doodling whatever I want
