Disney has a First Amendment right to make live-action movies based off of public domain fairy tales, even if Disney already made animated movies based off of those some public domain fairy tales. So if you did file a lawsuit against Disney for making live-action remakes, the judge would toss that lawsuit in the garbage where it belongs.
