When conservatives say "diversity hire" they mean anyone who's a minority because they don't think anyone who's a minority can get a job through their own effort and qualifications

That's an absolute lie. A diversity hire is someone who is not the most qualified for the job, but was hired to meet an arbitrary racial quota mandated by moonbats.

Hiring the best candidate means hiring the one most qualified and most likely to succeed in the position, regardless of skin color or gender.

I believe people of any skin color and gender can compete in the job market.

You do NOT believe that, because you're a racist and/or sexist.

If conservatives didn't care about race or gender in the hiring process, how come they call every woman or black person with any government position a "diversity hire"? How come you can't understand that a woman can be a secret service agent and do the job as well as a man.

And if you are going to accuse me of being racist or sexist, you should be able to point to racist or sexist things that I've said. So what are they? What did I say That was racist or sexist?
